Youth Scholarships 2026

City of Davenport - Parks and Recreation Department funded by HavLife 

The scholarship program, funded through a grant from HavLife, provides program registration assistance for Davenport residents to attend eligible Davenport Parks and Recreation classes/programs (excluding summer day camps and Kids Passes). Funds are available until exhausted.

Requirements:

• 2026 Youth Program Grant via HavLife Organization funding is available primarily for Davenport residents but Scott County residents can apply.

• Funding available for youth between 5-14

• The total household income must meet federal low to moderate income guidelines to qualify

• Qualifying classes or programs must:
  o Be less than $200
  o Davenport Park and Recreation programing
  o NO Camps are allowed.

• Each child in the household must have their own application

• No more than 1 class or program will be approved per child

• Funds available until exhausted and will be issued on a first come first served basis

• Applications can be returned via email to: [email protected] or dropped off in person at 700 W River Drive
