New Clubhouse Coming Soon to Emeis Golf COurse with Your Help!

The Emeis Golf Course, a challenging 18-hole, 6,500-yard par 72 course built on 155 acres of gently rolling terrain on Davenport's western boundary, has been a cornerstone of the community since 1961. However, the current clubhouse no longer meets the needs of our growing clientele and expanding programs. A new, modern clubhouse will not only enhance the golfing experience but also serve as a catalyst for community development, economic growth, and improved quality of life for Davenport residents.

The Emeis Golf Course Clubhouse project represents more than just an upgrade to a sports facility; it's an investment in the future of Davenport. This modern, multifunctional space will serve as a cornerstone for community engagement, youth development, and economic growth, while promoting health and wellness for years to come. Your support for this project is an investment in the vitality and prosperity of our community.

Community Hub and Recreational Nexus

The new clubhouse will become a focal point for community engagement and recreation, offering a welcoming space for social interaction and events. Designed with the community in mind, it will provide a safe, comfortable environment for all to enjoy. As the City expands its recreational trail system to connect with the Emeis Clubhouse, this facility will become an accessible meeting point and rest area for trail users, further integrating it into the community's recreational fabric.

A dedicated classroom and program space for the First Tee partnership will be a cornerstone of the new clubhouse.
