Investment Reports
The City publishes monthly investment reports in accordance with its Investment Policy and applicable Iowa law. These reports provide a summary of current market conditions, investment strategies, portfolio composition, investment maturities, rates of return, and investment transactions completed during the reporting period. The reports also compare benchmark investment performance and document the City's ongoing stewardship of public funds. Monthly and quarterly investment reports are presented to the Mayor, City Council, City Administrator, and Chief Financial Officer and are made available here for public review and transparency.
