(September 15, 2026) Infiltrator Water Technologies plans to invest more than $7 million to establish a new manufacturing facility in Davenport’s West End, creating up to 26 full-time jobs.
The company plans to redevelop an existing 84,000-square-foot building at 1804 South Stark Street for manufacturing operations focused on its EZflow product line, a green building alternative to traditional septic drainfield and drainage systems. The company expects to open the Davenport plant in February 2027.
The Davenport City Council will consider a resolution of support for the company’s application to the Iowa Economic Development Authority's Business Incentives for Growth (BIG) Program. The resolution is on the Committee of the Whole agenda for September 16, 2026.
Infiltrator currently manufactures EZflow products at four other locations across the United States. The company selected the Quad Cities for its expansion as sales of the product line have grown westward.

Infiltrator President Craig Taylor said the Quad Cities’ central location made it an attractive location for the company’s expansion. He also cited support from the City of Davenport, Grow Quad Cities and the Iowa Economic Development Authority’s Business Incentives for Growth Program as factors in the company’s decision.
The project will add to Davenport’s manufacturing base while putting an existing industrial building back into productive use.

Infiltrator Water Technologies manufactures products for the water and wastewater industries. The company produces environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional septic and wastewater components and incorporates post-consumer and post-industrial recycled plastics into its manufacturing processes. Infiltrator is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems.
